Horrible service food was nasty would never come back ever ever again to this place and on top of it they could even honor there own 50 dollars certificate very very disappointed
Fast forward to the drink, was pretty bad. Then got the check, 11 dollars, was explained to me that since I didn't want it blended, instead on the rocks that the on the rocks button adds 3 dollars to an 8 dollar drink. This is an outdoor patio party place, somewhere and sometime you may not look at the bill vs. what you got. This time I did and I won't again...
So this place... Ordered a margarita, simple ask really - don't don't have high expectations but difficult to make terrible...
My first time there, it was great. The food was so good. My drink was good. The live music was nice. The waiter seemed really busy but still very attentive and didn't make a single mistake. The manager Al was fantastic. Came over, checked on us several times and really showed he cared his customers were happy. We left before it got jam packed with club goers.
The bouncers are incredibly rude, disrespectful, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this establishment based upon the people who work the door... Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Horrible service. Management needs to revamp the staff.
Awesome ambiance, amazing service, great food and drink. An asset to Middletown's downtown area.
