Enterprise Rent-A-Car consistently delivers outstanding customer service and wonderful cars! Because I am a frequent customer, the staff knows my name, knows what kinds of cars I like and reserves my preferred car until I pick it up - even if I am running late.
Needed a car quick due to someone hitting my car and being placed in the shop! Called to set something up and it was super quick and easy! Had a vehicle in no time! Only complaint would be if training new staff who isn’t familiar with Enterprise, teach them, don’t let free to the wolves and make snarky looks at other staff members...and a customer who is in the store should take priority vs someone who just called on the phone.

Well rental was not the best car I ever rented. The did give 20off because car smelled like smoke..car was 1/2 full not what I expected not cleaned very good ...and the really don't offer any great discounts. Signed up for the email.still no coupons.
