At first impression I was very pleased with the job they did on my "bumper to bumper" detailing job, but then I went to pump gas and inside the gas door was still filthy, they hadn't even touched the cloth roof inside the car that was covered in dog hair, and as I was driving home I noticed the spots where my ez pass was suctioned on the inside of my windshield were still there. So I don't think they cleaned the inside of the windshield at all. When you pay $200 for a professional detailing job, you expect just that. I wouldn't use them again for this service.

I visit this car wash about twice a month and have always had a great experience with the young men who work there. They're extremely friendly. Drove through today and heard the owner of the place screaming at the top of his lungs to one of his employees. The door was shut but I could still hear loud violent screaming. Unprofessional and unacceptable. No one deserves to be yelled at like that. For any reason. I will be canceling my membership. On the upside it's actually one of the best places to get your car washed in town but not at the expense of poorly treated employees.
This is the only auto detailing business in middlesex county that I can say has exceeded beyond my expectations and went above and beyond when it comes to interior and exterior vehicle restorations. I started off by bringing my 2000 Honda Accord to be completely detailed as it was in horrendous condition. When I arrived on premises I was greeted by a friendly staff and a great owner who was able to come to a conclusion that I needed a bumper to bumper package. I didn't expect everything to be cleaned and spotless as there was multiple stains all around inside. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning and received a call by noon telling me that my vehicle was already finished and ready to go. When I picked up my Honda I could not believe what I saw with my eyes, they were able to remove all the stains and restore my vehicle back to brand new dealership quality. The interior was spotless and shiny and the exterior was in superior condition as well. Since then I have brought my 2000 Lincoln Town Car and 98 Dodge Ram to be detailed and cleaned and both of these vehicles have been restored to dealership quality as well. Definitely a great place to go to when it comes to interior and exterior detailing. Reasonable prices and worth every penny in my opinion
