Staff are inexperienced!!!! I have seen many different people for my pain from different locations and I thought I was in the clear and found a good doctor finally. I was in and out fairly quickly and things seemed to be going well, however Dr. Kuhn told me the only 2 times I saw him that surgery was a fantastic idea after explaining to him that surgery was not an option for me. He still proceeded to push for what he thought was best for me. I was told to wait for measurements for casting and his assistant should be in shortly. It ended up being for an HOUR, at that point I walk out, I found out they didn’t know I was waiting. I will no longer return here, such a waste of time and money!
I called to talk to Dr Kuhn on a Friday morning after seeing the physical therapist, to tell him I was in excruciating pain and that the physical therapist told me to see Dr Kuhn immediately and have him prescribe a steroid for my back. The person I talked to in the office said she would have him call me back and the best she could do for an appointment, would be the following Friday. After spending the weekend in excruciating pain without a phone call. I called again on Monday, talked to the person that set up the appointment, again told her about my terrible pain, she still could not get me in till Friday, she did get him to prescribe the steroids. Finally I got to see him on Friday, Dr Kuhn send me for a Cat scan, I actually had a T2 broken vertebrae, I could have been paralyzed. Real professionalism in the Doctor's part. I cannot believe, he put me through this.
Had knee surgery and all the staff at Middlesex Hospital was wonderful. My Dr was Dr Robert Geist who was very informative about my surgery to me and family. Thank you to everyone that was a part of my procedure.
Dr Hicks is great but nursing staff are beyond rude. Time management is horrific. You can come here and expect to get competent medical care but not for the staff to treat you with kindness - you don't matter to them
Absolute worse place to work in the history of bad places to work.
