I've been to this restaurant more times than I can count. Food is always good, nice options for vegans and I really appreciate what they do for animal causes. That being said, the dining experience last night left a bad taste and I might not go back. The restaurant was full and the staff told a couple to sit at table that was meant for a larger party, but was the only one left. Halfway into the couple's meal a party of four walked in. The woman in the party immediately demanded the staff make this couple move, which they did. At the staff's request this poor couple moved their half finished plates to somewhere else so this obnoxious family could have their seats. Meanwhile, menus were placed in seats where the rest of the party, once they actually arrived, would sit. For years I worked in restaurants and I have never seen this. The staff should have informed this woman that they would seat the party when a table was available and offer them a drink from the bar. I'm really sad this happened to a place that has been such a pleasure to visit.
the atmosphere is very nice, relaxing. the waitress that took care of us Olivia extremely nice and attentive to our needs. the margarita that I order was good. the burger was delicious also the buffalo culliflower. I order a enchilada and I was disappointed with the presentation it looked it like a piece of lasagna. the taste wasn't bad but it need it something like more spice on it. I didn't like the coconut cake it was too hard but the frosting and the cream that come with the cake was delicious.
This was the absolutely best vegan restaraunt we have visited. Great food, great portions. Presentation was phenomenal. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I am so happy I made the drive up here to visit. My tummy was full even if my wallet was slightly emptier. No regrets eating at this amazing place!!!
Food is good and presented well, but I saw a cockroach crawling up the wall near the ceiling. I’m happy I was done eating because I probably wouldn’t have been able to finish my food. They should probably get that checked out before it becomes a problem.
As a meat eater went here not knowing what to expect. Loved everything we ate! Delicious! Laid back chill ambiance.
The staff can use some people skills. Interrupting people is rude.
