But the clients it does have, state organizations, big brand store like AT&T, is not bad, just not enough. If it wasn't for the state renting there, I don't see the place lasting long, and the state will move.
If looking for office spaces, I'd go elsewhere.

unique strip mall type area
Nice building. The side with the police station and First and Last Tavern is nice, while the other with the AT&T store is aging. I once considered renting an office from here for a short term, and the rooms made me feel like I was back in the 60s or 70s. The lobby is just a hallway, and the elevator has a bad reputation for failing. Floors are uneven. Seems to have big clients, so they probably charge a lot for the spaces.
