I mean, by pizza standards, it's not the worst but at the same time it's not the best. Prices are still decent and I'll come here on occasion. Other food seems okay and the restrooms sometimes need some proper care, gets dirty at times, you know?
Took one look at the pizza after driving 20 min to carry out and knew 8n one second this was old and dried out. I request to wait while they made another and was denied. The worst service the worst attitude, hopefully they get there act together but I'll never order from here again.
I understand it gets busy and things can get hectic. It still isn't any reason to hang up on someone. I am hoping to speak to the franchise owner about this incident.
Great food! Great people making the food! My favorite is the Chicken Habanero sandwich and an order of the Cheesy bread with 4 sauces. A must go to!
Tonight was horrible. I ordered as I usually do (online) and when the food got to me the driver only had one of my two pizzas. He was going to run back and get me the other one so I brought the one he gave me into the house. When I got inside I opened the box and realized they made the wrong pizza.

I called and let them know they made me the wrong order and that I wanted them to bring the correct order. I was told they would make me a new order (so far so good). When I asked that it take as little time as possible (it was already around 830PM), the tone of the call changed. I said something along the lines of "I don't want to have to wait an hour because it's already 830". The person on the phone then got extremely rude and condescending. When I asked to speak to the manager I was informed that he was the manager. When I asked to speak to his boss, he said, and I quote "Good luck with that" and I was told I was not going to get my corrected order and hung up on.
2 stars for delivery time. i live 6 minutes from this one and it takes us an hour from when they leave the store to get our food to us (not including the cooking time of one pizza and 1 order of wings). of course by then it's barely warm... it tastes fine, it's just unacceptable that we have to wait that long for delivery time alone.
