My husband and I stopped here for dinner on a Friday evening. December,1,2017 . I bought a Groupon few months ago was in the area. Walked in a was greeted well . Was dirty restaurant was dirty sorry . Was told we couldn't use Coupon because it was Friday. Sorry again for my mistake. We ordered boneless Chicken wings . My husband order a Chicken Grinder. I ordered the pasta with meatballs . Food was okay . Our waitress was very attentive and welcoming !
Worst experience of my life... ordered 2 buffalo chicken wraps and got 2 extra crispy dry chicken wraps with ranch no buffalo... called and manager was the rudest manager I’ve ever spoken to hung up on me and everything wouldn’t let me speak just kept interrupting me and disregarding my complaint called back after he hung up on me and a young lady answered and when I asked to speak to him he continued to talk over me so done with this place.
I have likely only eaten here one time, and that is because how I'm not that crazy about it overall. Let me explain further. First up, I'm very grateful that the staff waiting on people are a group of polite employees who make sure no good deed goes completely unfinished... but their comrades in the back could use some work; I'll hear a good chuck of those at the cooking station helms complain about how their job pays them less than average or how it's boring. Look, I get it; sometimes there are careers we don't like, but at least be grateful you're getting out of the house (because many homeless folks would love to be in your shoes). And another thing, keep this stuff in private where customers can't hear you! When at a store or wherever you're working, you have to represent it with pride and promote the business as something that will come as one for all to enjoy. Moving right along, the food is halfway for me, but for others it comes differently, as I'm aware. Their morsels taste way better than any fast food place I have even eaten at, don't get me wrong, but the quality is still equal to that of going to your local Big Y and ordering a pizza there. That's how the food here is. Regarding santitation, the dining lot is clean but can still use some occasional maintenance every now & then. But the bathrooms? Don't even get me started. They are some of the worst I have ever stepped into just to conduct "personal business", mind you.
Love their food, it really is great. But after consistently waiting almost 2 hours for a deliveries that were quoted for 45 minutes, and then being treated very rudely when calling to check to make sure our order went through, I'm done with this place. It is unfortunate because I love the pizza. If they were more upfront about delivery times (just tell me if it's gonna be a while, or make a courtesy call if you get backed up) and if they weren't so rude on the phone, I would certainly continue doing business with them. There are too many other awesome and more customer friendly pizza places in Middletown to get stressed over these guys anymore. Don't waste your time with Roma, especially if you're hungry!
Everyone was nice there food was great and the waiters were very kind and helpful
