It's incredible how some companies employ some workers that do not appreciate the job they have when so many are desperate looking.
I would like to say that after trying to speak with someone on the phone and search for a way to express my dissatisfaction about the service no one cared to respond from the company.

I ordered some parts from a company that used this Estes Express for shipping proposes, the delivery man contacted me on Friday 06.30.2014 stating he was at my place of business, he was on a different address, I gave him the correct address he stated that he was on his way, after waiting for over one hour I called 4 times and no answer.
On Monday the 23rd he arrived without any call and complaining that he was in a rush and that he was leaving the parts outside in the rain because I didn't paid for interior delivery, what was never offered to me before, even after the secretary asked for him to help bringing the parts inside with the machine he had and with some help from her he denied keep being rude and complaining he wasn't getting paid to do that job.
This is the worst company. They left a message for a delivery and I called them back and left several messages never getting a reply. After about a week, I called the main number where i was put on hold for 35 minutes until an automated answering machine told me to just leave a message. Terribly unorganized company.
