Unfortunately due to incremental weather - I also had to call the U-Haul road assist and the customer service desk was extremely helpful. Only bad experience was the wait time (though U-Haul had the recorded message to go online and do it faster) - I wanted to speak to a real person :)

Annalise is a remarkable employee. Without her - this UHaul location would be below par with the rest of America. It is understaffed.
Charged us far more than advertised and after only three months of storage, our stuff was covered in mouse droppings with holes chewed through a number of items. Called to complain and they weren't even apologetic. Never using this place again.
Sonya makes the this place all star- she was extremely courteous, polite and customer friendly. Went in to rent a truck with absolutely no clue ‘how is works’ - she explained all the charges and helped me choose the right vehicle. All trucks and vans were clean and well maintained.
